John Pisarski has been a leader in the investigative and security industry for over three decades, consistently demonstrating his exceptional leadership abilities since the mid-1980s. By 1993, Mr. Pisarski had not only honed his expertise but also laid the foundation for CPA, turning it into a prominent success story.
Under his visionary guidance, CPA International has reached the pinnacle of the industry nationwide. His professional approach, coupled with innovative ideas, has earned him numerous accolades from peers, as well as public and private officials. Mr. Pisarski's integrity and personal care extend beyond his professional achievements, lending further credibility to his character.
Actively involved in both local and international associations and community volunteer services, Mr. Pisarski constantly strives for excellence while mentoring others to achieve their goals. Expanding his desire to help those in need, John Pisarski established a charity to help those seeking justice. He leads the company and maintains strong liaisons with local and national law enforcement agencies.

Chelsea Robson

With over 12 years in the non-profit sector, working in her community and serving the most vulnerable populations, Chelsea brings boundless compassion, operations & volunteer management experience, as well as sincere passion for helping others.
With her extensive knowledge of client intake and advocacy, local resource support, and mental health outreach, Chelsea seamlessly contributes to CPA’s culture of collaboration, customer service, and continual improvement.
Chelsea values work-life balance and is a devoted mother, loves exploring nature and soaking up the sun, playing and going on adventures with her daughter, practicing restorative yoga, learning new skills, enjoying homecooked meals, and not only appreciates but celebrates the simple things in life.
As CPA’s Commissioner for Taking Affidavits, Chelsea is also authorized to sign and swear to Affidavits of Service onsite, better positioning CPA to serve our clients in a more timely and efficient manner.

Alyshia Pisarski
Director, Investigator, Paralegal
Born into the world of investigation, Ali grew up shadowing a private investigator Father as he delved into countless cases, each one a lesson in deciphering clues and unraveling mysteries. The art of investigation became second nature to a young Ali, ingrained into her very being from a young age.
Fueling her passion, she pursued studies at the Justice Institute of British Columbia and Kwantlen Polytechnic University, honing her skills and deepening her understanding of the legal system. Her thirst for knowledge and justice didn't stop there. She is currently continuing her educational journey at Capilano University, where she’s immersed in the intricate world of law.
While her roots may lie as a licensed security officer and private investigator, she has forged her own path in the legal realm, also serving as a junior paralegal. Armed with the instincts of a seasoned investigator and the knowledge of her legal mentors, she navigates the complexities of the law with precision and dedication, striving to uphold justice and make a difference in every file she encounters.

Echo Wang

Professional Client Services and Product Representative
Echo has been a dedicated member of the CPA Team since 2012 and before join CPA, worked directly with John Pisarski as a product representative. Aside from handling all of CPA’s overseas purchases, Echo strives to make certain that quality control is priority number one. If a new product appears questionable or unreliable, Ms. Wang will make certain CPA does not purchase or work with the supplier. Echo attends trade shows and follows up with various supplies to make certain CPA can provide our client reliable equipment.

Jake Hamilton-Daynes

Jake originally joined CPAIII as an apprentice investigator and digital security specialist due to his background in computer hacking.
After several years working alongside John Pisarski, he left to develop his software engineering skills abroad, helping build a multi-million dollar software start-up in the UK.
Now he's returned to assist CPAIII with custom tooling development and InfoSec consulting.

Gail Holotuk
Investigator & Lead K9 Unit
Gail has been a K9 handler since 2008 specializing in human remains detection dogs also known as "cadaver dogs." She is currently teamed with her fourth certified dog Lexi. Gail has an extensive medical and investigations background having worked as a paramedic, coroner and in law enforcement.

Mark Perrins
Investigator & K9 Unit
Mark Perrins joined CPA in 1990. After taking time off with his family, Perrins rejoined CPA International in July 2008, returning as a Private Investigator and assisting in the CPA Recovery Unit. Mr. Perrins is a diligent and accomplished Investigator and a committed team member working as an Investigator, process server, as well as a CCTV installation technician. His many years’ experience in all areas are a valued asset to our team.

Tuyen Do (T-do)

Mr. Do joined CPA International Investigations Inc. in September 2008 as a Private Investigator with extensive experience, including undercover, covert investigations and loss prevention. Mr. Do has worn many hats to date, from Child Care Counsellor, Outreach Worker, Prevention Compliance and Enforcement Officer, Loss Prevention, Surveillance Detective and Private Investigator dating back to the early 90’s. Mr. Do is a dedicated member of the CPA team.

Human resource investigations regarding time theft, intellectual property and actual property. Also specializing in Security and VIP Protection for people, site securement and assets.

Taiya Kisun
Investigator
Starting her career with a background in hair styling and makeup artistry, Taiya’s interest and passion always leaned towards criminology and psychology. A dedicated mother, yet always eager to learn new skills, Taiya took on home renovations, interior design, painting, landscaping and gardening. As a mature student, she pursued her interest in private investigations, successful completing her training and obtained her government issued investigators license.
Her background with hair and makeup has assisted Taiya in disguising her appearance when required. She is a dedicated member of the CPA Team, and has no fear handling court process serving, along with other investigative tasks. In her spare time she enjoys horseback riding or shooting at the range.

Heather Giuriato
COO, Managing Director
Following in her Father’s footsteps…
Mr. Ronald R. Minion Retired RCMP, President & CEO of several large security companies and founder of the International Foundation for Protection Officers, a Certified Training Program for Security Guards, Supervisors and Managers. Ms. Giuriato gained her experience by maintaining all aspects of the day to day operations for Western Canada’s largest security company; with numerous branch offices and 1500 employees.
Ms. Giuriato has worked as a consultant for the International Foundation for Protection Officers over the years and, like her father, believes in the professionalism of the Security Industry through training.
While always maintaining a degree of involvement with the Security Industry, Ms. Giuriato also contracted out her professional services in an administrative capacity. Initially for a Civil Engineering and Land Development Company, then as an Administrator and Sales Manager for an International Import Export Company.
A graduate of BCIT in Business Management and top 5 percent of her class in completing her Real Estate License, coupled with her extensive background in administration and management since 1979 in the Corporate Sector and Security Industry; Ms. Giuriato has the professionalism and experience required making her the perfect fit for CPA’s Director of Operations.
Ms. Giuriato is a devoted mother of two children, is actively involved in the school PAC and has served on various fundraising and educational committees.
Her global travels have touched numerous countries in Europe, Asia, Scandinavia, Central America, Australia, Mexico and North America. Her extensive travels on both business and personal levels have broadened Ms. Giuriato’s ability to empathize with those in need. With an impeccable eye for detail and dedicated work ethic, Ms. Giuriato’s enthusiasm and dedication enables her to strive for and exceed all expectations for CPA and their clients.

Rob Casey Jr.
Threat Assessment Specialist
Rob is a retired Intelligence Operations Specialist from the United States Air Force with Special Operations (Special Tactics) experience in both Counter-terrorism and Anti- terrorism. After military retirement, Rob accepted a two-year contract with CACI working throughout Europe on a U.S. Anti-terrorism Assessment Team as a “Terrorist Options Assessment Specialist”.
While Rob currently provides consulting on a wide range of security issues, he is considered Canada’s premier Threat Assessment Specialist. Rob Joined the CPA Team in 2005

Tim Bowles
Special Investigator
Integrity 1st!
Mr. Bowles served as a member of the RCMP from 1981 to 2011. He worked at municipal detachments in Burnaby, White Rock, Vancouver Airport and Langley BC. He has extensive experience conducting a myriad of investigations. As a member of the federal E Div Customs and Excise Unit he conducted covert marine patrols, surveillance and waterborne interdiction in conjunction with his United States Customs Service counterparts in Washington State. Tim has been involved in officer safety and training since 1985. As a member of the RCMP he was qualified as an instructor in use of force, firearms and has specialized training in Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design. Tim holds a 2nd degree black belt in Goju Ryu Karate and taught classes for men and women’s self defense.
His last post before leaving the RCMP was with an elite covert surveillance unit where he perfected his craft, obtaining intelligence and evidence from criminal gangs, murder suspects, international fugitives and kidnappers. His duties routinely required him to get close enough to targets to overhear conversation or observe them put keys into locks while remaining unnoticed. Obtaining high quality photos and video was a necessity. His unit earned a citation from the Vancouver City Police department for their assistance in a high profile kidnapping.
Following thirty years as a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Tim Bowles is now taking on new challenges with CPA.

Shannon Twiss
Private Investigator, Operations Assistant

Ms. Twiss has an extensive background with Investigation, Operations and Administrative support. Formerly the Operations Manager for CPA Investigation back in 1997 where she work directly with CPA Investigations Unit Managers for several years. Shannon recently returned to CPA in the spring of 2015 and is a valued member of the team. Her experience and background with Government Agencies, Corporations, Private Sector and Insurance Fraud is truly an asset to this team. Aside from her dedicated work ethic, Shannon is a Certified Fitness Trainer and avid runner.

Archie Boyce brings a diverse background to CPA, but his Mannerism, Dedication, Integrity and Customer Service make Archie the perfect fit for CPA. Joining the Investigation and Security division of CPA Investigations back in 1998, Mr. Boyce handle a wide range of assignments, primarily focusing of VIP Security, Special Investigations and Missing Persons assignments. Archie Boyce recently returned to CPA International Investigations Inc. in the fall of 2014 and hasn’t looked back once.

Steve Holotuk
Investigator (PI, CIP, CFE)
As a Certified Fraud Examiner, a Chartered Insurance Professional, and a Licensed Private Investigator, Steve Holotuk brings a wealth of knowledge and firsthand experience. He has conducted investigations to locate; interview and statematize witnesses on behalf of CPA International Investigations Inc.
He has conducted numerous investigations under the Trade-marks Act, the Competition Act and the Criminal Code, into the piracy and selling of counterfeit Intellectual Property with McLamb Consulting. This includes the serving of Cease and Desist Orders and the recovery of the counterfeit goods voluntarily surrendered by the businesses.
Over the course of his profession, he has investigated and adjusted fidelity and surety bond claims with major firms since 1983. The investigation is conducted to determine if the reported loss falls within the Terms and Conditions of the Bond, quantify the quantum of the loss locate and identify any assets of the defaulter or indemnity agreement. Such investigations included reviewing numerous documents and conducting interviews of upper management from private and public sectors as well as their employees and defaulters. The investigations were conducted to ensure that the evidence obtained during investigations could be presented in both Civil and Criminal Courts. He has interviewed individuals to determine bondability under the Fidelity Insurance Policy. These interviews centered on the conduct of the individual during the course of their employment. He brings extensive experience in the investigation and breeches of Canadian law and more specifically the collections of evidence and court procedures.
As a retired RCMP officer in good standing having served the Force for over 26 years and retiring at the rank of Staff Sergeant, Steve was responsible for the commercial crime and fraud investigations unit investigating criminal offences on Vancouver Island. While an RCMP officer, he held top security clearance levels.
A consummate professional, Steve Holotuk brings a strong working knowledge of software programs, is deadline driven and accustomed to working independently to ensure successful outcomes for his clients.
